A Special Thanks to Many New Friends!

On behalf of A.P.I., I'd like to extend a sincere 'thank you' to all the wonderful
friends we made during the Chicago Ghost Conference, October 2nd & 3rd.

For us, it was a fantastic weekend of networking, sharing, listening and learning.

Congratulations to Ursula Bielski & the irreplaceable Wanda for putting the weekend together!
GREAT JOB!

On Friday night, conference host Ursula Bielski of www.ChicagoHauntings.com opens the conference with a friendly welcome.

Ursula is the owner of Ursula Bielski's Chicago Haunted Tours, informative and fun tours of the Chicago area where you learn a lot about the haunted areas of the city.

She is also an author and historian, having written several books, including 'Haunted Chicago', 'More Haunted Chicago', and her latest effort, 'Haunted Chicago 3'.  She has also made various television appearances.

Check out her website for more information about Chicago Hauntings and Ursula's writings.

After the conference activities on Friday, 3 busses of attendees enjoyed Ursula's Haunted Chicago tour.

Our tour was hosted by Mike McDowell, President and CEO of the Indiana Ghost Trackers, one of the largest regional paranormal research groups.

Mike is a veteran of many investigations.
More information about Mike and IGT can be found at http://indianaghosts.org/index/htm

Assorted vendors and contributors were set up in the lobby of the Portage Theater.

Artists, investigators, and retailers were on hand to talk about their efforts in their chosen field and share information and knowledge.

One of the greatest opportunities a conference such as this affords you is the ability to talk with some of the most interesting and knowledgeable people in the field of paranormal research.

Tony and Debra Pickman of Kansas, (shown here with API Lead Investigator John), have one of the most amazing stories of the dark and dangerous side of paranormal activity that you can imagine.

I urge you to visit their website,  www.thesalliehouse.com , and find out about their incredible ordeal which, despite having left the home several years ago where the activity occurred, still continues to this day.

Amazingly, they've courageously turned their compelling experiences into a passion for helping others experiencing paranormal activity in their lives.

A special thanks to Tony & Debra for the great company and conversation.  God Bless you both on your continuing journey!

More networking,
this time with Ron Fabiani (top) and Tom Froelich (bottom) of
Chicago Paranormal Detectives.

C.P.D. is going to be the focus of a new
television series on A&E later this year,
"Paranormal Cops".

The investigators, all Chicago-area police officers,
use their law-enforcement investigative
knowledge and discipline to assist
Chicago area people in need when they have
problems of a potential paranormal nature.

Visit their website at www.chicagoparanormaldetectives.com
